Type changes as Access Level changes
With every Access Level the Type changes...this is in and should be subject with everything in universe as well.
From Logical Fact point of view, if both define each other, there should be an encapsulating scope [most likely, NE-Stem ] .
I think its more of a privilege to study computer science than physical science where things are studied at very logical level.
