Mr anonymous , topics like these are not relevant to this course and don't bother coming up ideas that you can use logic taught in discreet to explain the existence of these paranormal nonsense. I don't intend to be rude but for your own well being and safety (don't interpret as a threat from me) do not dwell your curiosity in these topics. AND please don't get others involved by posting videos and other material regarding paranormal stuff. I strictly hate the possibility of these material coming into circulation and students exchanging or viewing these materials during lecture or tutorial. Its not only distracting but VERY DISTURBING to ppl such as me. So again, please stop posting this for the sake of others and yourself or else I WILL TO PROF to remove these kind of posts bringing charging complaints of its irrelevance and disturbing factors.

This post sparked from the comment about unicorns not existing in the textbook. Dr. Carswell is also interested in such metaphysical ideas, as we have often discussed them after lecture. The video contains studies done by academics in acclaimed universities such as Waterloo. The reality we perceive is a manifestation of our thoughts, therefore if you don't believe in any higher dimensions, and haven't taken any hallucinogens then you won't be able to see anything unusual.

haha i was expecting someone wud bring up that point. To that i am jus gonna say if he was so interested in showing us he wud have posted it himself which wud probably not contain those disturbing scenes or in the least he wud give his audience some warning about the content.

Not only its very controversial to a lotta folks. Our thoughts(, to be precise of all intelligent and few smart ppl ) even though grasped by our feelings are held in doubt, not just because it doesn't categorize to answer wat commonly seems related, but definitely the fact of how is it defined or wat defines it.Thus our thoughts are based on series or, to some extent , generations of analysis which validates the reason that infact "the reality we precieve is what to choose to decide". It jus plainly contradicting your point. And wat we choose to decide is based on our quest for truth not our inability to unaccepted the truth. Now like i said before it depends on ppl and by writing this whole damn thing you can judge wat place i fall into. Lastly, again if { p= i can make a valid point } then { q= i am right about your incorrectness of posting the video } P->q =(tautology)= q->p
