Morality is set of rules to determine RIGHT or WRONG. But if morality is called to be a personal determination of right or wrong then => everyone group or individual has their own rules to determine righteousness or even define righteousness. However, upon given a situation to each group or individual to discuss the validity of actions involved, a controversial scenario will now begin to take form. Considering that all the groups are bound to have minimum a pair of conflicting right and wrong i.e between two groups or individual will say right while the other one will call it wrong atleast once, then on following the universal aspect of Right or Righteousness => (i.e) it can either be right or wrong, this totally contradicts the very occurrence of RIGHT or RIGHTEOUSNESS and also Law of excluded middle. THEREFORE, there has to exist a Universal Morality and existence of personal morals should be out of question.
Now, everyone uses their basic Morality “laws or points” to develop a new “law or point” when they encounter a controversial matter to judge its righteousness. In simple terms, they use their existing moral views to create new moral view. My question is, what universal and fundamental moral “law or point” should we adopt?
Should we use our so called common sense which infact is still moderately diverse? Or should we simply use deductive reasoning and introspection to find the answer? The problem to all of these methods is, On What Grounds Do We Stand On?
That is why I again stress on those people who create and develop their own morality “solely from their experiences” to seriously question on what they are doing.
